The Lake Havasu High School (LHHS) Band of Knights is set to host a special marching showcase performance on Friday, November 3rd, at Lee Barnes Stadium, as riverscenemagazine.com reported. The event provides the local community with an opportunity to see the band perform their 2026 show, titled “Heartbreaker,” for one of the final times on their home turf. This performance holds particular significance as it will serve as a send-off for the talented students before they advance to State Semi Finals and potentially compete in the Championships.
Scheduled for 6:30 p.m., the showcase will take place on the main field of Lee Barnes Stadium. Admission to this community event is free, making it accessible to all who wish to support the hardworking students and celebrate their successful season. Attendees will have the chance to witness the intricate routines and musical prowess that the Band of Knights has honed throughout the year.
A unique interactive segment is planned to immediately follow the band's main performance. Up to two family members per student will be invited down to the field to participate directly in the show alongside their favorite band member. This special invitation offers a "first hand view of performing," allowing family and friends to experience the energy and dedication involved in a marching band production from an insider's perspective.
Throughout the evening, refreshments will be available, hosted by Carnival Cravings and Bakery. This addition aims to enhance the celebratory atmosphere, inviting everyone present to enjoy a festive experience while cheering on the students. The event is envisioned as a collective celebration, recognizing the culmination of effort and talent displayed by the Band of Knights.
Organizers extended their sincere appreciation to the numerous individuals and groups whose contributions have been vital to the band's success. Specific thanks were directed to the sponsors, parents, boosters, chaperones, band staff, and volunteers. Their dedicated help and unwavering support have been instrumental in sustaining the band program throughout the season. The community is encouraged to attend this final home performance, acknowledging the significant journey the Band of Knights is embarking upon towards state-level competitions.
